World Premier: Beyond Space and Time

I recently had a world premier of my orchestral work, Beyond Space and Time. The piece was performed by the Prince George's Philharmonic in their final concert of the 2013-2014 season. I was in awe of the beauty and artistry of the ensemble, as well as, the reception by the audience.

During the intermission, I went to the restroom and ran into a patron. The woman was in her 50's or 60's and said, "Are you the composer?" I told her I was. And then the woman paid me one the most profound compliments I've heard thus far. She said, "Your piece and your program notes are beautiful. They made me want to marry my husband all over again!"

I cannot express my gratitude to my family and friends for coming to the premier and supporting me. And I cannot thank The Muses for their inspiration and encouragement.
